The position in this paper is that Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) are very relevant for children’s education Sweden, and their practice makes them highly adaptable to English language teaching. rationale elicitation communication technique has proven effective nurturing the abilities skills which identified Swedish curriculum compulsory schooling. impact of VTS system could be significant. First, once known understood by teachers, can a efficient classroom directly help fulfil several ambitions syllabus. Second, sensitivities developed correspond core values society its promotion democratic values, espoused school curriculum. Third, lends itself being actively used across subjects therefore supports an interdisciplinary sensitivity students. student performance confidence subject areas, thus again fulfilling wider encourage these students growing independence as individuals active members society.
